Nice relaxed pose. I also like the bokeh in the background, it makes me think this was shot with a wider aperture than f4, but maybe I'm mistaken...

Nice shot - well composed, well exposed, and well posed. I wouldn't have guesses this was a self-portrait. And nice bokeh!
