Very relaxed self portrait! You've done well to convey the idea of this being a picture taken by someone else, rather than being a self portrait.

in my early morning stupor, I saw your photo and was dreamily considering brazing a camera mount on the handlebars of my mountain bike.... with a "flickstand" locking the forks straight, it would be quite steady. heheheh. Great photo!
