Technical information: Handheld, slightly cropped in PhotoShop LE, sharpened a bit and the colours tweaked to look a bit more like the slide.
Subject information: A kelpie (water spirit) surfacing in the late evening light at Loch Morlich, Glen More. Maybe.

Comment left by: Olaf Greve (no e-mail specified) I like the composition of this shot a lot. Nonetheless the foreground seems to be a tad too dark, but this could be just my monitor's settings.

Comment left by: The photographer (no e-mail specified) It's a little lighter in Photoshop LE on my monitor, but yeah, some fill would be nice, my excuse being it was a backpacking trip. I never take flash on a backpacking trip... well, maybe next time.
