Lockhart, Texas is home of the best Bar-b-que in the State of Texas and also some pretty interesting old buildings. This particular one has been turned into a "beer joint" and pool hall. I liked the classic architectural forms and traditional building materials. The contrasts of bright light & shadows, the old with the new, were also of interest. This building almost looks like it is staring at you.

Nice symmetry. The neon lights seem to be out of place here, adding an interesting touch to this composition.
