Subject information:	This Cafe/Hotel is located at the main street of Cozes, a little city/village where my parents-in-law live in Charente/Maritime somewhere between La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Both, bar and street, are very busy during the week. Not on Sundays apparently. This is my absolutely first scan of a negative. I appreciate every good advice.

At first I thought this picture was taken somewhere in the Caribbean, but I was surprised to read it was in France. I particularly like the whites and reds in this picture. That signal on the right hand side is a very nice touch, as it repeats the reds and whites that can be found in the left hand side of the picture.

Nice use of the reds. Scan looks good, especially considering the wide contrast range.
