Last summer while in Greece I saw a very similar scene which I wanted to photograph. I never got around to doing so, which is a pity, as your shot clearly demonstrates how nice such a shot can turn out to be.

I know you've usually gotta shoot 'em like you find 'em, but that white nosepiece or hood ornament, or whatever it is, plus something else white behind it, is really a distraction. This is where a bit of Photoshop cheating could be rationalized. Then there's the vignetting. Otherwise, though, not a bad photo.

Absolutely love the range of colors in the rust - nice eye. This could be a fascinating subject for a photographic study.

Lovely colours and good composition. It makes me want such a lens, but I know that the quality is in the photographer.

Walt, your comments are well taken. I actually tried to do something about the hood ornament but was unable to make an improvement with my rudimentary software. I recently acquired an older version of Photoshop and will try some "cheating".
