Comment left by: Olaf Greve (no e-mail specified) As always, a most excellent shot by your hands!

A very powerful composition. I also particularly like the shot of the violin player in the complete report.

Comment left by: Joel Wilcox (no e-mail specified) I'm curious if this was scanned from a print or the negative. The contrast is very interesting. One has a very good sense of the texture and unevenness of the face paint. This is very expressive use of BW.

Comment left by: Chris (ftog@threeshoes.co.uk) Yes, very expressive. Well caught, and the inclusion of the coffin in the background is useful as well.

Comment left by: Damon Wood (no e-mail specified) That expression is capturing!

Comment left by: Saso (no e-mail specified) A truly captivating image. This one is definitely my favorite in this TOPE gallery.

Thank you for sharing it with us.

Comment left by: Brian Swale (bj@caverock.net.nz) That face looks unbelievably tragic.
