Technical information:	I used the Vivitar at 210mm to get the reach I needed and shot a sequence of six frames. I was initially planning on making a composite of all six frames but the resulting image just looked cluttered. I chose the two shots that you see in the finished image. The ball is actually from another frame. Composited in Photoshop 7.

Very cool effect! It almost looks like to twins with the one to the left stooping in order not to get hit by a ball. :) Cool!

Neatly done. I did not realise that it was a composite, but I like the clean tones and neat geometry in the grass and the shadows (one of which seems to be missing!).
