Technical information: The tripod was set low and the camera pointed up to intentionally skew the vertical lines.
Subject information: My "normal" pictures of Reunion tower were boring, so I decided to have some fun with it.

At first I thought you had simply rotated the camera a bit to get the tower to 'lean over', however, then I noticed that you actually just tilted it heavily to get the desired effect. Nicely done, especially since doing it this way, the girl (your daughter?) as well as the buildings in the central background are standing straight. The only give-away to the technique you used (other than the tower itself of course) is the lantern pole which also (slightly) leans over towards the inside.

As a variation, you could someday PS it a bit, and digitally remove the lantern pole; that would give a quite different effect.
