Subject information:	This is the "Naviglio della Martesana", a canal built on a project of Leonardo da Vinci. It cross my town where it has some little "falls". In one of them I saw some plastic bottles and a rugby ball bouncing around.

A daring shot to include some obviously ugly things in an otherwise nice scene. Typically when I see such a scene I walk away in disgust and refuse to take a picture. It's cool to see that you didn't refuse the shot!

Interesting composition. I like the calm at the top contrasting with the mini maelstrom below.
