Technical information:	Braced on the dashboard and timed to go off. The movement of the car along with the rain on the windshield created this image!
Subject information:	This year I think 80% of my commutes here in Florida looked like this, we had so much rain. The camera was set on the dash at a traffic light and timed to go off after the light turned. I actually had to try this at several intersections to get this shot. Well, at least it kept me entertained at the frequent traffic lights!

Those wavy lights almost look like lightning on the cars! This photograph grows on me, now I have viewed it a few times. It got me thinking about what effect a flash would have had, if say held out a side window. Would it have sharpened the cars or caused a general "fogging" effect off the rain? Nice idea to experiment with digital, since you get instant feedback and can keep trying.
