Title:
"Too Good To Throw Away"
Gear used:
OM-4Ti + 35 shift + tripod
Diaphragm:
auto
Shutter speed:
auto
Film used:
Portra 400NC
Technical information:
Set up tripod and hung one of those blue "natural" color flood lights from the ceiling to help overcome the overpowering light from the window. Tried flash but it was too artificial for my taste. Still had to make adjustments to the foreground and background separately in PS. (my PS abilities still leave something to be desired)
Subject information:
This is the dusty corner of my shop where I pile stuff that is interesting, has sentimental value or is just too good to throw away ;>) And this is just one shelf! If you see something here and have a question about it feel free to email.

A very cool collection of items! This conveys the idea of a 40s or 50s tool shed really nicely. I like the odd bright colours in there as well.

What appeals:
1. Subtle colors .. almost fabric-like
2. composition
3. The imagination of it
What doesn't:
1. The highlight on the t-square ..
In all, a 9 of 10 photo
