Subject information: In Jerez de la Frontera (Andalusia - South Spain) I found an old millstone, used to produce olive oil. My wife shows how it works, in the place of a donkey (!)

The worried look of anxiety on the face of the "donkey" is a cause for concern. I hope she escaped after helping the photographer so ably .
