Comment left by: Olaf Greve (no e-mail specified) Where do you keep on finding these people, really?
This picture is timeless. Very cool.

Comment left by: Wayne Harridge (no e-mail specified) Ok, own up, it's a self portrait isn't it !

Comment left by: Chris Barker (ftog@threeshoes.co.uk) Excellent! Reportage with the added dimension of nicely muted colours.

Comment left by: Saso (no e-mail specified) Great one. I like the surreal feel the colours give to this shot. Did you also take one shot without the trees in the background? I have a feeling that accentuated greyness of the photo would add to its psychological impact.

Excellent idea, rotating camera ccw until the wall border is parallel to the frame's border. A thin green area would still be visible.

Comment left by: Andrew Wendelborn (no e-mail specified) Excellent wide-angle shot. And I agree that looking at it with most of the trees lopped off makes for a powerful effect.

Comment left by: :Doro (no e-mail specified) a classic. Wonderful! :D

Comment left by: Piers Hemy (no e-mail specified) Simple yet evocative and well seen. I like it.

Comment left by: Dean (dtyler@hbiamerica.com) Great street shot. You must have a lot of Oly stuff in to need two bags to carry it :-)

Comment left by: Phil le Zuikomane (zuikomane@earthlink.net) I enjoy Walt's on-list witticisms, which he dispenses with the flair of a natural writer. This has color and grit and character and balanced composition and also tells a story with a unique, earthy raspiness to it. Walt should be working on a calendar of such images with his own comments!
