Cruise Ship in Saint John

Comments made by the photographer

Submitter's name: Wayne Culberson
Title: Cruise Ship in Saint John
Gear used: Olympus C5050
Diaphragm: f/4
Shutter speed: 1/160
Technical information: Focal length was 33mm. Camera was hand held.
Subject information: Cruise ships visit our city in the summer, but even more frequently in the fall. This is a typical overcast fall day for us. While I was shooting for this, there was a photographer's class going on beside me. The teacher was explaining technical things to his students, so I just kind of blended in to see if I might pick up a pointer or two.

Comment left by: John Wheeler (wheelej@optusnet.com.au) Nice shot, Wayne! I particularly like the foreground treatment. (Shades of GeeBee and his committee :-)
Regards, John.
