Subject information:	City square in Jinan, China, framed by the lower portion of its 40m high steel sculpture (named "Spring" after the springs for which the city is famous). It seemed appropriate for the theme of this TOPE: to show "some aspect of the places people live in". This is very much a "lived in" city plaza -- every evening there are thousands of people making this a very lively place, flying kites, watching the huge TV screen visible in the background, and just relaxing. A nice atmosphere.
