Technical information:	I had forgotten my tripod, so I made some shots against the sun with different shutter speeds. I found only some old black and white photos so a colleague scanned the photo for me! There were already some marks on the photo because it was in former times in a frame.
Subject information:	I was walking through my old home town Osnabrück (in Germany) and I saw the nice old lamp at the old town. As the sun was behind the lamp I made some shots.

Nice composition and exposure. Does the sun get so high in Osnabrueck in winter?

Nicely done Andreas. It would have been nicer however with the specks cloned out from the background :-).
