Subject information: We saw this sign in Galveston, TX, while on vacation. It struck the whole family as being funny, and got us wondering just what rarking was, and whether it was legal.

Comment left by: Roy Talbot (rtalbot@laborready.com) When I first saw the sign I though it read "Free Bike" and the company name was "Rarking Rentals". I would have went in and ask for the free bike. And what are "Phon Cards"?
Well placed shot. Good colors. I use Fuji 400 in my Stylus and OM cameras too.
