I like the crane as well...
Just how big are the sea horse and crane?

Comment left by: Chuck Norcutt (chucknorcutt@comcast.net) I said; Oh! Here's a Velvia slide. Then I said; Oh!!!

Comment left by: Gary Teller (no e-mail specified) Interesting perspective. Having spent quite a bit of time around this kind of sea going container, I was struck by the vivid colors of the individual boxes. My experience was that they only looked that colorful when new. Did you find a large stack of new ones, digitally manipulate the colors or use plastic scale models to force the perspective? Inquiring mind wants to know.

Comment left by: phtographer (no e-mail specified) the horse is life size
the containers are scaled down models...
and the crane...also:the point of view was choosen to create the illusion that it was a real one in the background ;)

Comment left by: Dan Mitchell (no e-mail specified) I thought exactly the same thing as Gary, a horse-shaped thing in the foreground and containers in the background; then for a while I thought it was an enormous container ship that was somehow shaped like a horse -- then I read the comment and everything became clear. Great shot!

...Wayne

Comment left by: Duncan Paterson (no e-mail specified) The illusion of scale is well conveyed from this angle. Great colours too. Well done!
