Memories of Exotic Ports of Call

Comments made by the photographer

Submitter's name: Moose
Title: Memories of Exotic Ports of Call
Equipment: OM-4, Zuiko 35-105/3.5-4.5
Film and exposure: Agfa Vista 200, something like f5.6 @ 1/125-250
Technical information: Scanned at 4000 dpi on a Canon FS4000, LCE and curves in PS CS.
Downsampling with WPPro.
Subject information: There are a couple of particularly whimsical things in nearby yards. This ocean liner is one and another is a teacup. Seeing this ship in "dry dock" surrounded by foliage always puts a grin on my face. I wonder if it's been to Tahiti?

Comment left by: Graham Battison (no e-mail specified) From the thumbnail I was expecting something along the lines of 'African Queen' :-) Amusing shot well realised.

Comment left by: Steve Goss (no e-mail specified) My wife was given one of those teacups. It's a bird feeder.

Comment left by: Chris Barker (no e-mail specified) Lovely, Moose.
