Yes! B&W really does it. Very good exposure and a nice and calm composition. This could be hanging on my wall.

Think the composition does it too, because of the zig-zag shape of the pelican and the zig-zag shape of the branch on which the bird is standing on. Great: difficult to find and then, to catch it. Congrats.

Great composition. B&W enhance the subject and even is too central the dynamic of mouvement of the regard to catch it is very pleasant.Good job!
