Subject:	Workers and volunteers attempting to level a specimen potted tree at the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington, D. C. It was HEAVY! (Now I'm trying to straighten my back after crawling about on the pavement to get a dog's-eye view. But, for the first time, I see where the E-330 type flop-about screen could be really handy.)

I really like this photograph. The care and attention that these volunteers -- who are no spring chickens themselves -- are taking to level this ancient-looking tree struck me as quite special, and you've captured the moment beautifully.
