Subject information:	It drizzled on and off all day at the SCCA National Run-Offs on October 15, 2006. Then, just as the last race of the day got under way, the Formula Atlantic group, the rain let loose so I could finally get a TOPE photo.

You must have been panning really fast to have the background so blurred at 1/125.
