Comment left by: Chris (no e-mail specified) Nicely done. This could easily be a monochrome shot.

Comment left by: Jay Drew (no e-mail specified) I can almost smell it. The square cropping works very well. I'll have to remember that technique.

Comment left by: Dan (no e-mail specified) Something about this almost makes it look as if the rings are spiralling in, even though intellectually I know they can't be. Very nice effect.

Comment left by: jafsc (no e-mail specified) What a macro! I supposed is a onion ring? If japanese could be a sushi:)
Impressive!

Comment left by: Gregg Iverson (no e-mail specified) If I hadn't read the technical information I wouldn't have realized this was a b&w! Now I am wanting to try this with backlighting too, only I am not sure I will be able to see because of the tearing from the smell.
