Including the hands in the picture adds a lot to this composition IMHO, but I think the model is a bit too tightly framed. Having said that, the bokeh is really good and makes the model stand out. This is a very effective use of bokeh.

Very nice portrait. This is the look that professional portrait photographers work hard to achieve. The framing is nearly perfect to me (I'd have aimed just a little lower to get the whole curve of the sleeve of the visible arm, but that's a real nit).
