Comments made by the photographer

Submitter's Name: NdR
Title: Aqueous trompe l'oeil
Gear used: E-510; 40-150ZD @ 150 mm
Aperture used: f/9.5
Shutter speed: 1/500
ISO setting: 800
Edits: Slightly straightened and darkened.
Location: Southern California
Caption: It was a perfect day, with a bright, warm sun, blue sky, gentle breeze, and ideal company. This fountain was in the middle of the site we were visiting, and being one who is easily captivated by water, I readily indulged my passion for b/w. in this shot, I particularly like the reflections on the slightly rippling surface; they can evoke some unexpected images. What do you see?

Comment left by: Jose Adolfo Segura (no e-mail specified) I love the B&W treatment in your picture...I don't see anything other that pretty movement of water ant the texture of the flower. Almost an abstraction shot!
