Subject information: A couple of birds have made a nest in a hole of a wall in front of my window and while the Lady was in the nest "Mister" was collecting food for her...not "as sharp as a razor blade" but at 1/40 hand held...with such a focal length...thanks to Olympus for the image stabilization of my "old lens"...

Having taken bird pictures with the E-500 + 300/4.5 I know just how difficult it is to get them tack sharp, especially when handheld. You did very nicely, and you managed to take the picture at the exactly right moment too, and then there's the lovely bokeh of the background... All in all a very nice shot!
