Great shot! Having taken bird pictures with the E-500 + 300/4.5 I know just how difficult it is to get them tack sharp, especially when handheld. You did very nicely, and you managed to take the picture at the exactly right moment too, and then there's the lovely bokeh of the background... All in all a very nice shot!
