A classic yet dramatic composition, with the bright clear colours down on earth, and the ominous dark drama in the sky.

Strange how the background trees all seem to be leaning over but the one in the open is pretty straight. I like the unusual composition. ...Wayne

All the elements - top clouds, middle sky, trees culminating in lone tree with shadow, and field - are beautifully balanced, and the colours complement the balance. There's even a slight narrowing left to right (and the lone tree/shadow as a real anchor) to keep the eye in the frame. Well done!
