Comment left by: Wiliam Wagenaar (wiliam@orange.nl) Takes some getting used to, Fernando. The blurr makes it look like the people have the shivers. That goes well with the inner cold. The most I wonder about the subject information though "At work in the hospital"? No any hospital near here I think.

Comment left by: Fernando (no e-mail specified) Thanks for looking and commenting, Wiliam.
There are Hospitals like this one all over the world.
I had the chance to work at the Groupe hospitalier de la Pitié-Salpétrière, and at The Hôpital Necker - Enfants Malades when Ives Pélicier was 'le Patron' at the Necker, 'round 1990. Those great hospitals were, from my point of view, 'pour la galerie'. Since mental illness hits 1% of the population, where are them? Did I see the real, the true backyard mentally ill individual? In this small country, few people (like to ... ) know where is the 'Colonia Bernardo Etchepare' located. It almost looks good from GoogleEarth: 56º26'0.96'' W., 34º26'28.32'' S.

Pretty good for 1 sec hand held.

I really like the lighting and I don't think we lose much from a bit of unsharpness.

...Wayne

Comment left by: Brian Swale (*) To add to Wayne's comments; I think the slight lack of image sharpness in some way echoes the lack of mental sharpness these unfortunate people have; they probably live in a world that is very blurred, where no reality is in sharp focus ... No past, no present, no future, no NOW.

Comment left by: Fernando (no e-mail specified) I may publish more on these. In fact, I am able to write a book full of text and images of this sort ... only that I wouldn't enjoy doing it. It's enough for me to work with them, would be too much to bring them into my own life and joy. I much follow the thoughts of SFreud in his writing on Dostoievskii's art and personality, when answering to TReik in a letter dated April 14, 1929.

Thanks for looking and commenting :-)
