The ice certainly is extreme, I wouldn't want to have to walk on it!

Comment left by: siddiq (siddim01@student.ucr.edu) 2.8 macro? looks like a box full of tiny vials, very nifty

Comment left by: Steve Goss (no e-mail specified) I was walking back to the train station from jury duty yesterday, and that whole part of the city (Dallas, Texas) looked like this. I kept thinking that I needed to take pictures. Looks like you've beaten me to it.

Comment left by: Alasdair Mackintosh (vanda@dtn.ntl.com) Fascinating subject, and genuinely "abstract". (If you'd missed out the description, I wonder who would have guessed what it was?)

Can I suggest that the scan has come out a little flat? I haven't seen the original, but the posted image looks to be a little lacking in contrast. Whan I saved it locally, and did an "auto levels" adjustment in Photoshop, the resulting image was much punchier and, I think, more effective.
