Poor old Trixie will indeed last one more year in this form, then we'll have to see if she'll make a reappearance. Funnily enough one of the ideas I had for this TOPE event was pretty much the same as this picture, but I decided to choose a different idea.

Ooops! I stand corrected :) I was thinking of a Trixie, as the Trixies are abstract drawings, which is why I was considering shooting such a Trixie (for the record: I did take a macro shot of a cut-out of our 50 guilder bill, as that also has abstract art on it). So, here I am, not recognising our own queen, duh! Just don't tell this to 'lil Bernhard...;)

Fortunately we'll never have to look at the 'W.A. van Buren' version; his face wouldn't fit anyway, not even on the knaak ;) However, Maxima will sorely be missed...

I'm pleased I figured out what it was! Great shot and the scratching obscures the face to such an extent she looks like a ghost. Subtracted or Abstracted? Brian
