Distant Horizons

Comments made by the photographer

Submitter's name: Ian Wilcox
Title: Distant Horizons
Gear used: 5D2 + 35-80/2.8
Diaphragm: F2.8
Shutter speed: 1/4000
Film used: Canon digital iso 200 with -0.3ev
Technical information: Maybe I should have kept the eye in focus but I think it works as it makes the subject look a bit more distant and looking to the distance.
Subject information: One of my sons - I take a lot of pictures of the boys but this one stood out as being a bit different.

Comment left by: Olaf Greve (no e-mail specified) I was about to say: 'hey no C*n*ns allowed' but then I saw you used the mythical 35-80/2.8...
Aaahhh, how I miss that bokeh!
Hmm, it might be time to dust off the good 'ole OM and take some pics with it again.
Nice shot, too, BTW! :)
