Comment left by: Barry Bean (bbbean@beancotton.com) She looks surprised!

Comment left by: Anonymous Visitor I like this one best. Not sure why, guess I'm partial to cats...

Comment left by: John Pendley (jpendley@mail.tds.net) I have a different take on this. It's composition and use of out-of-focus elements are impeccable. But portrature is about the subject, after all, and this says two contrasting things to me. First, what an alert, prototypical portrait of a cat. Second, I would *not* want this--or any--cat to be ten times my size: I'd be history. The combination of sweetness and the hunter make this picture for me.

Comment left by: Jim Caldwell (jimcaldwell@Iname.com) This is the second picture here that drew me right to the eyes!! It's almost like the cat is looking right back at me! Are the eyes really that green, or is it reflection from the plant? Nice picture - this one is a keeper!

Comment left by: siddiq (siddim01@student.ucr.edu) Jim; could be both, along with Velvia's propensity to boost the greens

Comment left by: John Wheeler (wheelej@one.net.au) Although I've never used it, this must be a more ideal subject for Velvia than human portraits, the colours on the cat are great!

Comment left by: Jodi Jakeway (jjakeway@iserv.net) Great cat shot! Love the eyes and coloring.
