Hedera Canaris New Growth

Comments made by the photographer

Submitter's name: Keith Berry
Title: Hedera Canaris New Growth
Camera: OM-2n, 50mm f3.5 macro Zuiko, sunlight. Approx 1/250 @ f8.
Film: Elitechrome, scanned on Microtek flatbed with LightLid 35.
Details: Canary Island ivy growing up a fence. The darker lower half is the shadow of a horizontal triangular fence strengthener. Took it with the OM-2n that always has Fuji 100 print film loaded but I was surprised to find when removing it that it was slide film!

Comment left by: John A. Lind (jlind@netusa1.net) This perspective looks like it has a surprising depth of field for the lens and aperture used. The lighting reveals very high detail level showing plant structure, especially in the leaves.

I could imagine your surprise when you unloaded the film!
