Rose Bud

Comments made by the photographer

Submitter's name: Mike Luks
Title: Rose Bud
Gear used: OM-G with 50/1.8, Vivitar Macro focussing Tele-extender, Tripod.
Diaphragm: f5.6
Shutter speed: 1/15
Film used: Kodak Gold 200
Technical information: I tried to find a compromise between a too shallow depth of field and too slow a shutter speed.
Subject information: There's a beautiful rose garden near my home which is maintained by the county. I had to wait for the wind to die down, and whenever it did the flower had moved and I had to refocus. A trying but enjoyable exercise.
