Comment left by: Olaf Greve (no e-mail specified) Hmmm, a "cowscape" perhaps?!? :)

Comment left by: Eric Pederson (epederso@darkwing.uoregon.edu) Quite bucolic! I would be nice to stick a small child in there somewhere as well...

Comment left by: Chris Barker (imagopus@threeshoes.co.uk) Nice, cheerful composition and colours. I would like to see a closeup as well...

Comment left by: Brian Swale (bj@caverock.net.nz) And you'll tell us that instead of the melodious cow-bell sound when they are called at milking time, you get an udder clanking sound?

I like the bright colours that contrast with the grass & trees, and the composition. Great shot.

Comment left by: Wayne Harridge (no e-mail specified) Why do cows all face the same direction when grazing ?

Comment left by: Wayne Culberson (no e-mail specified) It looks as if every one commenting is going to try milking this one for all its worth. But they look like all canner cows to me. I can't see any bull in this one at all. Personally, I like it, but then I grew up on a farm. Different folks are moooved by different things. :-)

Comment left by: bbbean (bbbean@beancotton.com) Not baaaaad, I mean to say that its very mooooving. This isn't one of those BS shots where someone tries to horn in on some one elses's technique. I think maybe if we polled photographers from Jersey, they'd agree taht this is a very pasteur-al scene.

Comment left by: Gary Edwards (no e-mail specified) What, no bright green cow patties?

Barry, is this one a landscape?

Comment left by: Vicki Bean (vickibeanart@yahoo.com) love the cows!

Comment left by: John A. Lind (no e-mail specified) Well, there's not much to say except I've never seen a "heavy metal" bovine before. I might have tried moving slightly (to the left ??) to get a clearer view of all of them . . . if that was possible. The angle of the one on the right would require a little work to keep from losing it though. A fun shot!

Comment left by: Xato (no e-mail specified) I am so mooooved by this one I had to leave a comment. Tell us where it is so we can milk more photos out of it. But really a nice photo. No need for apologies.

Comment left by: Anonymous Visitor Couldn't really move round to the left as it would have brought a rather distracting building into view. Thanks for all the comments so far.

Comment left by: Wayne Harridge (no e-mail specified) Didn't anyone else notice the dog barking in the background

Comment left by: Mickey Trageser (no e-mail specified) Udderly ridiculous landscape. Nice advert for low fat and iron fortified milk. How could you muster the nerve to take the shot with those steely eyes bearing down on you? Clever and amusing!
